Benefit from Steve’s experience with carefully planned fitness regimes and inspirational seminars while enjoying the tranquil luxury of Stoke Park’s Georgian mansion as well as specially designed menus by Chris Wheeler, Executive Chef at Stoke Park.

Steve’s team will consult with you in advance of the retreat to find out what you hope to gain in terms of fitness and lifestyle from your time at Stoke Park. Then, over the course of four days, the retreat will work on both the physical and the psychological aspects of losing weight. As well as stretching and cardio sessions, you will attend seminars on topics such as ‘Fitting Fitness In’ and ‘De-Clutter the Mind’ which are aimed at enabling you to take the benefits of the retreat far beyond your four days at Stoke Park.

Each day will consist of three fitness sessions and a seminar, as well as time to enjoy Stoke Park’s award-winning spa facilities which raise the bar for luxury and indulgence. Infusing ancient and modern techniques, Stoke Park Spa’s treatments and therapies are designed to help you slip effortlessly into a deeply relaxed and tranquil state. Ranked in Tatler’s ‘Top 10 British Spas’, the spa has 11 treatment rooms, a stunning atrium with 5 metre tropical aquarium, Italian marble changing rooms, steam rooms and a heated indoor swimming pool.

To complement all this are the menus which have been specially designed for this retreat by Chris Wheeler to be both delicious and healthy. Prominent on the menus are fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as mouth-watering, homemade yoghurts, salads and fish dishes. At the end of each day, you will be able to relax into one of Stoke Park’s luxuriously appointed Pavilion bedrooms, featuring chic pop art prints, gorgeous marble bathrooms and clean contemporary styling.

People often join Fitness 12’s retreats with the aim of losing weight but this is not the only benefit Steve and his team offers. He has found that the programme also leads to an increase in energy in daily life, greater confidence to work out alone and a decrease in stress thanks to the combination of exercise and specially designed seminars. With the aim of continuing these effects after you leave, Steve’s team will also assess you at the end of the retreat and use this assessment to create a 12 week program tailor-made to your personal goals.
